java - cast custom content to the chromecast -

(apologies abstract question)

i trying develop simple android application chromecast library. android application streams custom content. custom content can list or list.

i looked few examples online , 1 followed : https://www.binpress.com/tutorial/building-an-android-google-cast-sender-app/161 noticed here content want cast created via: mediainfo.builder , takes string parameter url of video . ( although documentation says content id actually).

i not finding correct direction needs looked able cast list screen.

you might want take @ remote display apis in cast sdk; allows render view, application, in chromecast; content of view you. mediainfo tailored toward playback of media (video/audio) content.
