android - signed apk Parse error when parsing manifest -

when try install signed apk parse error (see logcat). when install apk signed default debug key okay.

i see no things there should change... device runs 4.3 when change target sdk version 18 error appears.

i use android studio build , sign apk.

is there way fix this?

i found problem.

the error appeared because installed cyanogenmod file manager.

i tried install email - worked. tried install adb - worked.
