Netbeans Tomcat Server Issue -

i trying hook tomcat netbeans , run web project on it. have set server username , password, keep getting error message. have added server log below more details. :

here server log below. looks access denied possibly? have no idea why happening. same server log error every time run server, independent of project.

i had same failed deploy , access denied messages.

close netbeans , run adminstrator. grants necessary permissions run tomcat.
