i dont have knowledge joomla, site link siteurl/services/digital-antenna-installation-brisbane want redirect or change siteurl/digital-antenna-installation-brisbane

can please me on guide me how should in joomla. tried far editing .htaccess file. did follows.

rewriterule ^services/digital-tv-antenna-installation-brisbane$ /digital-antenna-installation-brisbane [r=301,l]

but did not work. can guide me how it. in advance.

here see list of links have been found missing on website, e.g. 404 errors. don't alarmed if there hundreds or thousands here. common, search engine spiders , spam bots trying crawl websites or hack websites , indicator of happening in areas.

filter view find 404 error page trying redirect or click new of error page doesn't exist.

the next screen show properties of redirection.

next choose enable status drop down , click save , close.

test redirection , should go!

redirect plugin not activated

in case may not have redirect plugin enabled on site.

usually default redirect plugin isn't turned on , may have turn on of work. redirect plugin hard work in detecting broken link , working out suppose go to.

to enable joomla! redirect plugin, navigate extensions->plugin manager enter image description here

filter view down show redirect plugin typing in 'redirect' in search field.

only redirect plugin should appear. click on red x under column status enable it. should see green tick , system message stating plugin has been enabled.
