windows 8.1 - how to update prolific USB to serial driver? -

i have device (r31d) read rfid card usb port(convert serial port usb port). when connected computer, ( windows 8.1 - drivers update - x64 ) , not work .
when checked in device manager shows small yellow alarm on prolific usb-to-serial port(com3). , when want connect device putty. show error : unable open connection com3. unable open serial port.

solved problem.
first should remove drivers related prolific
second install old version of prolific (i used 2009 v).
works.
